Terms of Use

Acceptance of terms

By using Tách Nhạc you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Tách Nhạc provides audio separation and removal tools (vocals, instrumentals, stems…). The service is provided "as is"; result quality depends on the source file and the density of the mix.

We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.

Content and copyright responsibility

You are responsible for the files and links you provide. Only separate content you have the right to use.

Separation is a technical tool and grants you no rights over the original work. Commercial use of separated results must comply with the copyright of the work.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to harm the system (e.g. excessive automation or infrastructure attacks).

Anti-abuse and multiple accounts

The Tách Nhạc system does not allow creating multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits. We run undisclosed monitoring based on device, IP address, and other signals; if abuse is detected, we may take appropriate action without prior notice.

Invite program

Every account has its own invite code, found on the Invite friends page. The program has a single level: you only earn from people who enter your code directly, with no indirect rewards.

An invite code activates when the invited person makes their first successful top-up; signing up alone earns nothing. A code can only be applied to a new account, created within 7 days and with no prior top-up. On activation, the invited person receives 30% extra of the Energy they bought in that first top-up, once only.

For 1 year from the moment the code is applied, on every top-up the invited person makes, the inviter receives 30% extra of the Energy bought and 50% of the amount paid, credited to a commission wallet in VND. After that period the rewards stop and the invited person cannot be assigned to another inviter.

The commission wallet is separate from the Energy wallet and cannot be spent like Energy. Money is paid out by bank transfer after the akidev meeting held 20:00-21:00 on day 2 of every month, to people who attend the meeting and hold a balance of 100.000đ or more. The meeting belongs to akidev (akidev.org). A smaller balance carries over and never expires.

Creating multiple accounts or inviting yourself to profit from invite codes is prohibited. The system detects this automatically; when it does, we lock all linked accounts without prior notice and may cancel rewards that have not been paid out.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tách Nhạc is not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
